Sooksham & Priya’s Intimate Royal Wedding in Jaipur

It took quite a time for their romance to blossom. They met in college but didn’t know their presence. Met through mutual friends and classmates, Destiny had some other plans for them.

Let us look into their wedding which is nothing sort of a festival having a Royal Theme of the Wedding. Sooksham & Priya’s wedding was a perfect start with all their closed ones for a long-lasting adventure together.

How They Met

Sooksham and I met in college, both of us were pursuing graduation and were classmates. We were unaware of each other’s presence for the first few months until our common friend introduced us and with time we all became part of a really small and close pack of friends. All of us would bunk classes and go out for long drives, lunches, and dinners together. We always saw each other as really good friends. But one day our friendship completely changed. On 16th November 2013, Sooksham came to me and proposed to me to be his wife. My life completely changed at that very moment. We started going out on dates and realized that apart from the love that always existed, we were completely opposite but still extremely compatible.

It’s been 8 years since then and our love and respect for each other have increased.

How They Decided to Get Married

It was an inter-caste marriage. He is a Baniya and I am Jain. It was difficult at first to even talk to our parents about our relationship. But we had confidence in each other that we would make this happen. At first, both our parents were a spectacle to meet, but once they met,  things happened easily. We had our roka on the 22nd of October 2020 and decided to get married on 26th February 2021.

About their Wedding Festivities

Both of us wanted an intimate wedding with only our close family and friends. As a bride, I was very particular about the decor and had different themes for each function. We started our wedding celebration with a welcome dinner- which we kept very simple and classy.
