Fitness Routines for Brides Before 3 Months of Wedding

Every Bride wants to look gorgeous on their big wedding day. Indian attires especially look good if you have a toned body. If you want a toned body but don’t know where to start? Set a Schedule 

The schedule is very important when it comes to fitness, while you will always be busy for these  3 months for the wedding stuff, we’d suggest you figure out a fixed schedule for yourself in which you sleep and wake up at the same time every day and then take at least 45 minutes for your workout.

 

Plan Workout

Planning a workout schedule is one more thing, you need to be careful about. Focus on the exercise you want to tone according to your body, and do a mixed workout in a while, be it a dance or yoga. Either way, make sure you plan a mix of strength and cardio in each session.

 

Cut out on Stress Eating 

3 months of fitness includes keeping eating habits in mind. So, while dieting isn’t our priority, but stress eating is something to take care of. So, have a routine of meals for your breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snacks in which you can eat healthier snacks.

 

7 Hours of Sleep

Get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep every day before your wedding. Don’t stress yourself out is an addition to your physical as well as mental fitness. If you rest well, there is a higher chance that your body reacts positively to your workout routine and shows results faster. 

 

Little More Cardio 

With the never-ending crazy schedule for weddings, we are not assuming losing weight is your target rather you need to burn those extra calories out somewhere, so add 30 minutes of walk to your schedule in the evening or morning to help you succeed in your fitness routine. 

 

Meditation is Must

Lastly, but most importantly keep your mental health in check with your physical health for these 3 months as they’re gonna be crazy. Considering it to be the most exhausting do 15 minutes of meditation every day, which will help you keep your mind calm and your body fit.
